Jostens, Ridge View’s provider of graduation items, Senior gear, and class jewelry, will be on campus soon to take orders from Seniors and Juniors. During Advisory on September 22nd, Seniors will have the opportunity to order the cap, gown, tassel, and diploma cover required to participate in graduation. In addition, other senior gear and class jewelry can be ordered at that time. Certain items (but not the cap and gown) will be available for pick up on October 7th if the required deposit is paid. Juniors will meet with Jostens during Advisory on September 29th to receive information about ordering a class ring and other jewelry. ATHLETICS: Ridge View Women’s Golf Team
This week the Women’s golf team started their regular season play. On Tuesday the Blazers took on Heathwood at The Windermere Club. After a rain delay the Blazers ended their first match with a tie of 245-245. Emma Iskhakov was the lowest scorer for both teams with a 49. On Thursday, the Blazers traveled to The Wildewood Club and played Cardinal Newman. The final score was CN 225-240 Blazers. Emma Iskhakov was the lowest medalist for the Blazers with a 46. The Blazers play again Wednesday September 8 at The Windermere Club against Irmo at 4:30.
