ACADEMICS: Scholarship Opportunity from Children’s Home of Columbia
The board of Carolina Children’s Home of Columbia, South Carolina announces the availability of scholarships up to $5,000 per academic year. Applicants must have permanent residence in counties of the Midlands. Students must be studying in the fields of Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Medicine. Scholarships are for the academic year beginning in the fall of 2021. Applicants must have prior acceptance into the programs/schools at time of application.

Seniors have another opportunity to get your Senior shirt!! Orders must be placed and paid for by Monday, January 18th. Payment should be made through your parent’s Parent Portal account or in person at the school. This shirt will be back to be worn during Cominghome so make sure you place your order today! If you paid for your shirt during Round 1 of ordering, you do not need to pay for and order another shirt.

Winthrop Department of Design– 2021 Scholarship Competition
Open to all degree seeking, undergraduate students attending Winthrop University for the first time during the 2021-2022 academic year.
· Visual Communication Design
· Interior Design
· Digital Information Design
Scholarship amounts will vary based on the decision of the Design Scholarship Committee. Students selected for an award have the opportunity to renew their scholarship for up to three years after the initial award year providing they remain in good academic standing as a full-time student in the Department of Design. Out-of-state students selected for this award are eligible to receive the scholarship amount in addition to an out-of-state tuition waiver.
