The Bash is an international elite high school basketball showcase that is in its 9th year, and we are excited to have it return to Ridge View this year!  We have had teams from all over the world and nation come to Ridge View High School since 2013.  It is truly an exciting event that puts Ridge View on the national map for 3 days!

ACADEMICS: 100 Black Men Scholarship

The 100 Black Men of Greater Columbia, Inc. is currently accepting applications for our 2021-2022 Scholarship Programs. Scholarships are valued at $500 per academic year and are renewable for up to four (4) years.  The scholarship application is linked below.  All applications and supporting materials must be submitted electronically by November 22, 2021.  Scholarship recipients will be notified by March 1, 2022 and scholarship presentations will be made at our Annual Scholarship and Awards Program in May 2022.  Up to six (6) scholarships will be awarded. Congratulations Dr. Mack-Foxworth, Principal of the Year Finalist

Principal Dr. Brenda Mack-Foxworth is a finalist for South Carolina Secondary Principal of the Year. The South Carolina Association of School Administrators (SCASA) made the announcement Friday, November 12, 2021, placing Dr. Mack-Foxworth in the top three of all secondary principals in the state. She will be interviewed by a panel of business, community, and education leaders this week. The selection of a winner is scheduled to be announced prior to December 17, 2021. #PremierPrincipal
